How does the redness scan work? Take a photo of your face in good lighting. Rosa & Me analyzes your skin and gives you a redness estimate by zone (nose, forehead, chin, cheeks).

Is my data private? Yes. Your photos and health data are only used to generate your results and are never shared with third parties.

How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Account → Delete my account. All your data will be permanently deleted.

The scan doesn't work well — what should I do? Make sure you have good front-facing light, avoid backlighting, and keep your eyes open for better color calibration.
